Hi all
Strange one that I'm not sure is correct.
I had a text off a teammate asking where to get replacement spikes for Asics shoes, as apparently "they're a different size to normal ones".
Has anyone else come across this? And if so where do you source replacements?

If they want ones for the ‘strike rate’ shoes I have some. I’m sure I got them off of you originally!! I think I’ve got around 8 spare.
I can send some free of charge.

I don't think they are strike rates he has, which is what threw me.
Even those have the same thread size as "normal" spikes so I can't believe Asics use some funny size nobody else does.

i think @19reading87 had some asics with odd spikes although they might have been non removable

The ODI's have a different thread for whatever reason. The rest of the asics spikes are "standard" and interchangeable with for example champ spikes I believe. GCCC have a set of normal asics spikes and another for the ODI's:
