At training tonight the bat toe got hit a lot, and is in shamble right now. The crack is like:
-Gone all the way through the toe and on to the other side (cutting the platinum sticker in half!)
-On the face a piece of wood is sticking out
-The crack goes along the grain for around 7 inches then goes of to the side a bit and the goes up another inch
Its a warsop platinum only bought around 3 months ago just wondering what will happen to it?
My dads just wondering is it worth posting it out (can it be fixed) or do they just see some pics and send a new bat out?
Thanks

I don't know how to add pictures so can i email someone the pictures?

Yeah, drop warsop an email explaining the damage and attach a couple of pictures and they will tell you what to do

Just sent them an email with pictures. I'm 15 now (21st Feb lol)!

Happy B'day then in that case...if it's only 3 months old I would think ut would be replaced but depends on how they view it I guess!
Ps did u het my email with the liner info?
-
I did thanks tom, our deal might be cut short, with this new situation

Don't bother with the photo's, ring them in the morning and tell them that the bat has cracked and you will be sending it back, post the bat off to them and give them a ring at the end of the week to see what they will do. If the bat is less than 12 months old and has been looked after then they will sort it out for you. Include your full name and contact number on a sheet of paper and wrap it and tape it round the handle.
Warsop offer a quality service so I'm sure they will look after one of their customers.

Im going to Oxford in 2 weeks so they said just bring it round then.
Im just interested in what type of glue they will use, they said it can be repaired- but will the glue hold up, will the ping be there?
Would you guys say the glue can dry quickly?
Hopefully i can get some new stickers, they're cut in half!

Their based in Chelmsford.
Dont worry about what glue they use, leave that to them, as they're a top brand and will give you excellent service. I'm sure they will do a top job to your bat so nothing to worry about!

Sorry to being up the old topic but the warsop had broken yet again.
Same area on the toe, more cracks around the toe area. And ive just got a chunk of wood sticking out from the middle of the bat (about 1inch big)
So once again what will happen next?
