Why's Anderson being wasted in a domestic one day match?

Erm, he's a cricketer? His figures certainly don't suggest he's too good for domestic one-day cricket.

Northeast puts another century on the board.

Surrey and Glamorgan in some trouble.

Wonder if these scores are an indication to what one can expect in the world cup. We arent even in May yet and we have teams scoring 300+!!

Some interesting performances today. Most impressed with Yorkshire I have to say. And I guess Gloucs, although that strikes me as more of a weird result than anything else. Perhaps complacency from Surrey? How did Jacks hit his wicket any idea?

Plunkett bowling dross again, he’s the one missing out for Jofra. No doubt about it.

Pace is king, Pattinson for Notts just took 5-61 in a 400 vs 400 batsmen’s paradise. Thats what Jofra can do given the opportunity

Watched Somerset Trounce Kent. Kent looked toothless bowling and had a very poor batting display. Beautiful day though.
Somerset players 3 M&H’s 2 Kelsey’s. Kent virtually all Keeley. Keeley must be becoming the go to brand for the average county pro now.

Bancroft with his second consecutive century...maybe his international career isn’t dead just yet

Wiesse 92 not out to see Sussex home with retro Newbery
branding .

Saw this very bat being restickered in the Newbery shop as I arrived.

Old news I know, but I recognised a lot of bats in the shop as being Hunts made. Double Hunts prices...and more!

... And I was called a one eyed Yorkie when I mentioned he might be past it...

Though I have to say, the way Willey has bowled in his two games so far, I'd say Drunky might just survive.

Plunkett seems to have gotten old within the space of the last 3/6 months. Prior to that he was arguably not of the best ODI bowlers in the world
