Title: Pad Branding Removal

How do I get rid of this branding and make it white?
Do I have to use paint or white will something else work better?

That really isn't coming off, you will just make a big mess of the pads.
Painting over it will just look daft in my view.
It is a case of make do or buy plain pads.
