Hi Guys,
Bought an arm guard around 10 days ago and selected 1st class delivery. Received an email from APC (courier) to say it should of been delivered last Friday, however, after waiting until over the weekend I knew it was going to arrive. After ringing them (APC) they hasn’t received the consignment from BAS-Vampire UK.. I have tried to ring the number on website & emailed several times.
Is there anyone on here that works for BAS-Vampire UK, or no any contact details for them so I can chase the order?

I ordered a thigh guard it never arrived I emailed and rang the phone number as you've done.
In the end I opened a dispute through PayPal which never got a response so ended up getting a refund from PayPal.

Had similar experience with ordering a thigh pad set - they replied to
My email after not delivering the thigh pad for over a month to say that they weren’t in stock but only after I started emailing them. I cancelled my order with them and got a refund.
