Eye-opening article here on The Gruniad about one of my heroes and the nicest man in cricket with the most powerful square cut.
He's just written a book with Rob Smyth.

fantastic, I read his first book quest for number 1 and found it fascinating insight into a nervous character battling his own instincts

absolutely loved as a player facing the Windies its hard to forget the bravery and guts that summed up his game. and that square cut is not matched by anyone

Really do have a lot of time for him.

He’s also done a podcast with ‘cricket mentoring’ on YouTube, over an hour long and a good watch!
