For some reason apostrophes are showing up as question marks?! You're I'd didn't

I know what you mean, I wonder if it's to do with people that post from their phones because that question mark is basically what you get when you post unsupported emojis iirc

I get the black question marks every time somebody uses the Euro symbol  (or so I'm guessing, as it's always in front of prices).

So I guess it's more due to my keyboard settings, that what other people are typing?
