Hey guys just wondering has anybody ever bought gloves and pads off OnlineStockist.com and whether it's good quality at discount prices.
-
I have ordered the plain gloves/pads for the past 2 seasons and personally have never had a problem with quality or service

They the unbranded that are 35 quid? Lad at our club just ordered them not here yet
-
I tried them late last year and had no problems - wouldn't feel comfortable ordering bad but I ordered softs and they were fine.

Yeah I feel you, I will only really be using for pads and gloves if anything, tempted to look at a bag for the price of them

Bought bat off them few years ago. Good service and quick delivery.
-
Ordered a couple weeks ago - posted monday arrived friday
2 bats and one pair of cheap unbranded gloves.
-
quality = good (brought CEAT pads and gloves deal for a mate), price = v.good, service = a bit scatty, didn't hear anything for 2 weeks, then emailed them, then the items arrived 3 days later!!!

I've ordered a bunch of stuff off them over the years. Great quality stuff, and got a lovely BDM stick off them too. I found that if immediately post ordering you email them and tell them of your order and impart upon them the level of urgency required that things are generally quite swift. Gopher it.

Are their "unbranded" gloves any good? They are priced at GBP 29 and look decent.

Always went with SS gloves from them, like a snug glove. Had some unbranded pads though and they gave great protection and lasted a few seasons - very light. The ones that look a lot like the SS Matrix pads from the last few seasons.
-
Anyone know where they are based? I just tried to order some softs for delivery to a New Delhi address but it says they can't deliver there. I had assumed they were based in India... Some great prices on bats if they are genuine, lucky I don't need any more... 😂
-
Just checked their contact and they are based in... New Delhi. Must be a problem with the postal code.

I have been wearing the sausage finger for these past 2 seasons and I think they are perfect.
They are basically the same template of glove that Morgan wears without the CA branding.

Do they ship from UK or India? Their Whatsapp number is an indian number.
-
used them a few times, no problems, bought a bdm last year, sold it on but it did ping! also some ss gloves, the dhoni white ones and I've just ordered a TON 47 yesterday.

Shipping is from India

Now sorted. Turns out they don't deliver to India from their website. But if you order to India through WhatsApp you get free delivery and approx 25% extra discount - amazing value. They have all sorts of things that are not easily available in the UK market.
But you do of course have to find someone who's travelling back from India to bring the stuff home...
-
If you use OLS you get better prices on whatsapp than their website.
But also you get no recourse if you don't like the product, they send the wrong thing or an item is faulty.
Worth saying you may pay less but you won't get the levels of customer care.
-
Fair point. I will try a small order and see what happens. Have also had some issues dealing directly with Bdm on WhatsApp. 2 months and the parcel still not delivered.
-
Contact them on WhatsApp. Ask them for actual pics of product. Ask for order confirmation no. Delivery details etc and you should be fine. Good luck
-
Shipping cost to the US is pretty high and not worth the discounted prices. On the other hand, if someone is traveling to India, then ordering to be delivered in India makes sense.

Continuing an old thread, I'm about to order a Bdm bat from Onlinestockist via WhatsApp and they sent me pictures of genuine looking bats. When I asked for a particular weight they said it would be made up for me within 1 week and delivered to New Delhi. This makes me a bit worried. Does anyone know whether their bats are genuine product from Bdm? I don't want to buy a copy.

I bought few bats from them in the past and never had any issues. I still have the SS Maximus I bought back in 2016 season.

Product will be genuine. You won't get any after sales service though so knock in the bat well and pray that it doesn't sustain any damage.

Heard that few airlines flying out of India are soon changing the free check-in baggage allowance from 2 to 1. Hope it does not happen :(

I've ordered stuff from them in the past - huge order with a few pairs of their unbranded gloves and pads (ordered for the team so shipping to the USA was worth it). Both their gloves and pads have held up well over the past 2 seasons. The sausage unbranded gloves are a bit on the heavier side compared to the split ones which were super lightweight, great and were the first choice. Don't use the sausage ones at all anymore.
ULTIMATE All White (Pittard) Light Weight Cricket Batting Gloves - UNBRANDED or ULTIMATE All White Light Weight Cricket Batting Gloves - UNBRANDED
The pads are also on the heavier end (approx 950gm each) but provided good protection.
As someone mentioned, ordering through their website and reaching out on Whatsapp is the way to go. If you are ordering to an address within India, reach out via Whatsapp and give the specifics of the product (prices are discounted further)
