Title: M&H Player Elite Mk II
Post by: adb club cricketer on December 04, 2019, 05:07:11 AM
Weight: 2-7.4
No concaving
Handle: Semi-oval, medium thickness
Edge sizes: Around 37 mm i think (haven't measured, just a guess)
Ping test: Special (Doesn't feel like SS, not sure why though)
Pics taken are after one coat of oil though bat seems already oiled and manually knocked in when it came in, along with rounded off edges.

Added some more info and better pics in the OP (these should be better pics now and taken against black background for better visibility, still not a good photographer though)

Uh oh...

It was a magnificent exhibition of slight of hand trickery when they made my F300 bat right in front of me, then instantaneously had it delivered from India.

Dont think anyone would deny that they can shape a bat

Anyhow bat looks lovely, still think those stickers are 👌

Probably fair to say there marketing game is very good and they have attracted the top end of the range price wide for some very ordinary sticks at times. That said there are two at our club, both 4/5 years old and they are serious gun bats, however I have never found one I think picks up well regardless of the weight

Lovely bat this!

I have an M&H Amplus and it is a pingiest of bats. It weighs 2-13 and I will be surgically reducing its weight soon. I will lower the shoulders to a size-6 blade and target 2-11 weight.

I never mentioned anything about them not making their own bats, merely insinuating it was tin hat time as I'm sure it wouldn't be long until someone came along and did.

Have had a couple myself and they were excellent bats. This one looks lovely too.
