Title: World test match stats - Eighties, Nighties, Naughties & Teenies
Post by: SurreySam on December 31, 2019, 04:27:21 PM
Following a recent thread about comparing different Era's of English Cricket. I decided that with a spare hour or so I'd compile from the ESPN cricket info database, some test match stats for the eras:

Sorted by Nation and Era

80's WI and 2000's AUS have the best win/loss ratio. Hypothetically how would these 2 teams fair against each other? I am leaning towards the 80's WI.

@SurreySam , awesome thread!

I am a bit surprised by 2010s New Zealand and S. Africa win-loss ration. I thought Kiwis would be higher and SA lower. Good for SA!
