Does anyone have a recommendation for a duffle bag/backpack which I can use to cycle to nets/games? I want it to be as small and light as possible while still carrying a bat, gloves, thigh guard and helmet. I can accept that it likely won’t fit pads if I’m going to carry it while cycling. Maybe I need a junior duffle?
Anyone else have a solution?

Probably the GN back pack that was on a similar thread last week. I have tried cycling with the whole lot in a large duffle/ backpack, but it was so heavy and uncomfortable that my back went into spasm for several days. Really painful... Avoid at all costs.

I cycled for years wearing one of these on my back https://millichampandhall.co.uk/collections/clearance-bags/products/h300-cricket-bag. Fitted all my kit and was pretty comfy (if you arrange the kit well inside)

That M&H one looks good - usually the problem with duffles is the straps are at the top of the bag so the bottom of the bag extends down beyond your backside. So it would rub on the tyres. Looks like this one doesn’t have the same issue?

Cycling with a regular/ mid-size duffle is perfectly possible in my experience - although people do comment about potential danger, occasionally. Most brands do a smaller 'training-size' duffle.

Red Ink x2 duffle would work nicely. Big enough but not too big to be difficult to use On a bike. Straps are nearer the bottom of the bag rather than the top so no overhang issues. Previously on sale but happy to match the sale price for you if interested. Drop me a message
