Title: Anyone suffered a pulled rib muscles before while bowling

Yep could be an intercostal if while bowling

Hurts like a ******* but best treatment is ice pack and rest or was for me

Mild few days moderate 6-8 weeks

It’s no more serious than that if you can move or get out of bed

Agree, ice and rest if not a big tear.

When I did mine, I couldn't even just bat, pain hurt so much. Scored for the next 6 weeks
