Hi all,
I don't mean to be pessimistic but thought I would ask you all what pads you would have been wearing this season, as a different way of getting some recommendations.
-
GN Pro performance pads. Which seem pretty similar to the Adidas elite pads or the SS top of the range pads.
I also really like the new SG Test pads which look the business.
-
surge pro pads and gloves
ghost pro gloves
match bat is a blaze 2000 or a bubble legend
yellow pro players wk gloves and matching pads
new balance ck10 pdc
a couple of arytek armguards
few more bits on the list of wants
a ridgeback
decent thigh pad set

Had bought some Przym Exclusive Pro pads in their sale. Seem really well put together, fairly plain and light too.
-
I would've wanted foam-caned, plain as possible. Any suggestions?
-
All white cricket company pads or GM 909 or GN. Velocity 800 pads from GN clearance page depending on which bat i choose as my main match bat for the season
-
MB Malik Platinum Gold Edition...
-
Didn't buy new pads this year (Shoot me now) so would've been rocking the B3 pads still -- around 5 years old now, so still going mightily strong.
-
Morrants international for matches
Puma calibre 5000 for nets and friendlies

These are the muts nuts. Cracking pads and great longevity
-
Gray Nicolls legends for me. Would have been their 3rd season.
-
Red Ink pads, not sure of the model but they're very good!!
-
What a topic 😥
-
GN legends.
-
Kook Kahuna pro pads (aussie issue)
Kook pro gloves from 3d sports sale, minimal branding
Was very much looking forward to using them!
-
I feel Gray Nicolls Legends are amazing, for me at least they are!
-
Aussie pro issue kooks red white and blue colour scheme (no idea of range but I think they're 2015 same colour scheme as Chris Rogers wore that ashes series)
-
For 40 overs: Gray Nicolls Legend.
For 30 overs: Red Ink with a blue clads.
For 20 overs: Viking pads with a blue clads.

I think I have the same gloves, got them from 3d sports a few years ago. sausage fingers?
-
I've used Ayrteks of some description for the last 4 seasons. Absolutely love them, can't go past them

I think they were but I should have said, these are pads I've got,the first year ghost pro sausage finger gloves, best I've found love them!
-
My trusty Ayrtek pads would have hopefully got me through another season, very happy with them
-
GN Legends for matches and GN Prestige for nets.
GN small mens appears to be my perfect pad size after years of searching!
-
@Cover_Drive I thought you might be thinking of something else a bit higher spec?
Seeing is believing, until they aren't on my legs, we can't comment. @Alvaro

I had the matching pads but they ripped after a few seasons (through wear and tear), the kooks pro issue gear is next level quality. always try and get some when im in the area

Have you tried any of the All White Cricket stuff? They sponsor a former club mate but I haven’t been able to take a look at any of his gear. They seem very reasonably priced.
-
Bought some NB TC 1260 but looks like they wont get any use soon
-
GN shockwave 2000. my fave ever pads
picked up some keeley superiors also but shockwave would have started the season for sure
-
Legends. The second best bit of kit I own after my strettons. Would be into their 4th season if we were underway yet.
-
Ayrtek pads, very good fit and top quality and protection well above what I need! I'm fussy about long straps but these are spot on.
-
GN Legends - still haven’t come across better pads.
-
Was going to try Moonwalkr ultralight pads but they are stuck quarantined in India with my sister's parents in law. Plus Woodstock XL gloves purchased on here and our new shirts sponsored by the band Scouting for Girls (long story...). And of course, Ayrtek sweat bands for arm protection.
-
Aus version of the GN Legends. Have had them for the past 2 seasons and unfortunately the straps are falling apart. So If the Australian Season gets under way i will be splurging and going for the new delta's. Black inside so they don't stain and im interested in some lighter pads.
