Not looking for a bat myself having ordered a couple since the season finished but a couple of the lads at my club have cottoned on to the fact I'm now using harrows and with both of them being shorter than me have asked where they should be looking for a bat for next season.
Both of them are students so a big part of the appeal is the cheaper pricing (doesn't hurt for me either 😅) but neither of them are weak/skinny so getting a toothpick harrow in some minute weight isn't an option.
I know H4L do harrows up to 2lb 8oz, as do Jedi, at standard harrow prices. Just wondering if anyone knows who else does a good quality harrow in an adult weight (2lb 7oz and up) without charging a premium for a higher weight? I'm well aware of how picky both the lads in question are about stickers, etc so would be good to give them a few more options to consider.
Cheers!

Laver & Wood made one for me in their Private Bin grading - Size-6, weighing 2-8. Absolute trampoline! James got everything right... handle width, balance and bow.

I can make them up. Made quite a few previously

Cheers John. Will see what they think of my new bat from you when it arrives. What kind of weight can you do a harrow in?

Surely the way for most of us to go is buy a massive 2lb 13oz harrow and replace handle for sh one surely would work out far cheaper than just buying a normal sh bat?

Can anyone do a custom LB/LH harrow?
108mm wide, longer blade and longer handle standard, say 33.5 inches overall length but still Harrow price? ;)

For us shorter lot, it's definitely a benefit of using harrows. I've picked up two G1 harrows from quality makers for under £280, both 2lb8oz.

While you are at it, make it 40 mm edges and 65 mm spine with zero concaving at Harrow weight range of 2.7 or under.

It’s getting finished today so hopefully will be on it’s way to you soon.
Weight wise I can do it it in whatever is required. Got plenty of clefts in so can cover all bases

Not far removed from a lot of requests I recieve for bats to be fair! Most would specify 67mm spine tho 😖

Big Harrow bats at adult weight? CA usually seem to have that covered... ;)

Mate, you forgot to add 38 mm edges, 65 mm swell, G1, 20 grains, 6 piece sarawake cane in your criteria above.
