Title: Starting a cricket team...

Is it as easy as it sounds? Arrange fixtures and play them?

Definitely not.  The organisation takes up hours of your life!  Then you get grief off parents because you didn't pick their child!

not easy at all, sorting out training and net sessions is a nightmare and Richies points are big killers. just stick to playing for a team that already exists, to much effort to do otherwise!

It's not that difficult if you just play a few friendly games for fun away from home. Similar to what Lashings do. But if you want to participate in leagues and begin to take it more seriously it's more difficult. As you need to arrange pitches, training, insurance bits like that.
