I'm on refurbing a few Harrow and size 6 bats.
The GM grips that i've got aren't tight enough and are loose on the handle.
Can anyone recommend any grips which are a tighter fit?

I use Kinesio tape to thicken out a handle. I normally add about three layers front and back and make each strip short enough so with it stretching it effectively ovals the handle.
I've ran out of my old stuff so can't show you which one I used as the replacement tape I bought from the same shop isn't as good. If you can find the stuff with the plastic backing then that's the one to use.

Same. Works really well.

Only problem is that 2 of the harrows are adults who like really thin handles and don't want them altering

You could try aero bat grip tape. It's a grip that you wrap onto the handle, a bit like what you use on a hockey stick.

I've used some grips from GetPaddedUp when refurbing my club's junior bats, no problem at all with them fitting properly.
The GM Dynamic grips also worked well on my own Keeley-made which has a really skinny handle.
