Title: Handle jig advise

Afternoon all,
I have had a bandsaw delivered today so need to get onto getting a jig together for rehandled. Any advise on the best way to go about it?
Any advise great fully received

Best thing you can do is a sheet of MDF with a frame that holds the bat and a bolt through the middle of the frame and the base plate of MDF.

Then have 2 bolts either side of the frame, so it can only move a certain amount in each direction.

Then, the handle has to be an exact mirror of this cut using the same method as above, allowing for the fact you lose 1mm for the cut.

Tip - use an off it of old blade as a spacer to account for the (kerf) thickness of the cut.
