Its great to see......lets hope soon that a woman coach being appointed for mens cricket teams is not "news" in itself. See Ash Wright appointed too, my two lads who are in the Sussex pathway speak very highly of him. Interesting to see how Sussex go this year with their new coaching and management teams. As a "man of Kent" hoping not too well :D
On a different point, I live in the same village as Mark Robinson and see him pounding the streets at weekends preparing for his Warwickshire role

Ash Wright is a good appointment. We had him and his dad as coaches for my uni side for a year - dynamic sessions, felt like everyone got fitter and improved. We still didn’t score any runs, but we looked good doing so at least.
