Hi All,
I am a bad sweater. I go through gloves like no one else I know. This obviously becomes expensive. I’ve tried inners before and always struggled with them, I feel like I can’t feel the bat properly in my hands.
Does anyone have any suggestions for fingerless inners that are thin or skin tight or just good in anyway that would possibly make me change my mind?
Thanks
Dean

Have you tried sizing down, maybe to youths? Can’t say I have ever found a pair of inners that are thinner than the rest. I think the only solution is getting a smaller size and letting the material stretch out a bit.

Have you tried something like Mueller Magic Grip Spray?

I haven’t, can you elaborate?

Happy friendly interweb says...
What does Mueller Magic Grip Spray do?
When Magic Grip is applied it improves the grip by forming a dry, non-tacky film over the skin, preventing both sweat and water from affecting the grip either through skin pores or from the air.

not an excuse to buy loads more gloves?

Just bumping this again.....going to order a couple of pairs of inners for my two lads. What do you think are good options right now?

Inners are inners, just buy whichever ones are cheapest

I have always used inners and I think the players batting inners are the best option

I’ve always used fingerless inners, can’t bat without them not. Feel like the five the same benifit a of full inners with none of the downsides.

Have you considered weight lifters chalk? You can get liquid versions for a couple of quid of amazon. It sounds like it would work in my head.
Useful when playing pool in Thailand

@King pair There's an antiperspirant that I used to buy off Amazon, sadly not on their but plenty of sites you can get it off, stops sweating completely. Obviously not good if you bath in it 😜
Anhydrol Forte it's called. Less then £5 and it's roll on so you don't really use alot at once.

What a recommendation! I actually found some stuff on Amazon, used it tonight for the first time. Applied with the roll on at about 4:30 and nets started at 8. Packet says apply and leave overnight but I kept wicket, indoor nets, constantly up and down for two hours. Not a bead of sweat on my hands, actually felt a little strange taking my gloves and inners off.
