Title: Bat Size and Shape Rules/Legalities...

I'm assuming there's a set group of laws/rules which every bat has to adhere to regarding size, shape, length and materials of handles/blades. With most of you on here being rather good batmakers, do any of you happen to have said legalities? if they're written down of course, which I hope they are...
