So,
to sum up, I need either new spikes in the asics or a new set of spikes.
Anyone know which replacement spikes fit asics or which are the current best most comfy spikes to purchase. (only brand I've written off is pantyr, can't stand them and I believe they are narrow which won't work anyway)

Most replacement spikes are the same these days. So anything from ebay or a forum sponsor would work.
As for new shoes... You need to try some stuff on.

I'll happily order a few sets via mail and send some back etc, just not really looked at anything spike wise other than asics for years. I'll order some spike replacements via amazon and I can also post them back if they don't fit.

Gel ODI have a unique thread, if you have those you’ll need to get specific replacements, which I can only find in Aus now
Most other ASICS models will be fairly generic
