Title: Sareen Sports and Stuart Surridge
Post by: PM7 on March 09, 2010, 08:31:54 AM
This might sound like a really silly one but what the difference between SS ans SS batmakers?
The iconic SS Jumbo bat was made by Stuart Surridge but the latest Indian SS bats are made by Sareen Sports.
Is there a connection or just a coincidence and are they the same company? Thanks for your input.

The Surridge bats are made by Ransons, not Sareen Sports.

Are Sareen Sports and Stuart Surridge independent or linked?

Sunridge is the brand name of Sareen Sports, Stuart Surridge was a big brand years ago and Sareen did not want to market their bats as purely SS to avoid confusion.
