As the title suggests, what’s the best padded bat cover people have come across
-
Dsc hard cover for players edition not cheap though!
-
If you want a full length cover, Ayrtek do an excellent one - really well padded, proper carry strap and plenty of room in it if you've got a chunkier bat. Very reasonably priced too.
Only issue with the Ayrtek is if you're wanting to store the bat in the case, and the case inside a bag, it is quite bulky.
If you're looking for a half length sleeve to keep your bat safe inside your kit bag, the Neon neoprene bat sleeves are excellent and also very well priced.

Someone posted about the Charlie French one yesterday and had rave reviews

Yep, that was me. Picked it up during my latest trip to Mansfield before Christmas: http://custombats.co.uk/cbforum/index.php?topic=49490.0 (http://custombats.co.uk/cbforum/index.php?topic=49490.0)

I've just got some full length ones in stock and fit nicely into bat tunnels (in my duffles at least).

DSC ones are very good, charlie french also seem very nice! Saw a hard DSC cover (that comes with the player edition bats) on ebay yesterday for £50 or so, charlie french covers are only £10 on their site though!

Are the neon ones like the old SAF Bats bat sleeve? Been looking for an alternative for years, anyone know of any other neoprene bat covers?
