Sorry about this again guys could you help me finally make a decision on which spikes to go for for a batsman wk, was thinking either vector mids (would they be to heavy), adidas 22yds boost(would the grip be ok in the field and when the outfield is wet?) newbalance ck10 (will they wear very well?) and Nike or ASICS
Thanks

Go to a shop, try some on and buy the most comfortable pair.
-
Everyones feet are different so all you can do is read reviews, try your best to try some on and see what you like.
-
As a WK batter I use CK10's and theyre 100% fine, all you need to get used to is putting your foot into the neoprene sock
-
Thanks everyone, have the ck10s worn very well?
-
Yes, I've worn them for the past 2 seasons and will be wearing them again this season
-
Would you mind sending a picture of them now to see how they have worn please?

They're at the club, I'll pop down tomorrow to have a look

Ok thanks I went into a shop yesterday and the comfiest pair were the vector mids and the boost but not sure the boost would work with me keeping and mids are a bowling boot!
-
Did you try the Adidas 22yds (not boost)? I don't keep but do open and happily bat in them for a long time - if there isn't a ball with my name on!
-
I see have the orginal Boosts, I got hem for umpiring as they were so comfortable........terrible for cricket as there is just too much traction
-
Had the 22yds last year and just wanted a change.
Too much??
-
Also liked the boa lacing system

You know what they say... "If it ain't broke, don't try fix it".

Thought they were a bit heavy as well though
