do grills come in different sizes.

I don't believe they do if you're thinking Junior/Senior (not the band)

They might from different brands like some may fit helmets whereas other may not fit on the same lid....

albion used to do a smaller grill mate but i think it stopped when they brought out bob the builder style helmets
