Just wanted to call out some great customer service from the team at Keeley. Son has a Keeley Superior in a harrow which has been an awesome bat for him, he noticed the handle had started to flex and when changed a bat grip we could see a crack in the neck.
Contacted Keeley and they asked to see the bat and sent out a free postage label - on receipt they confirmed could repair and a week later all fixed. New handle, new grip, new stickers and scuff sheet plus a clean up of the blade. All free of charge which was excellent considering we were a month passed the 12 month warranty. Next game my son scored his first 100 with it!
