Title: Spiking service - ideally midlands
Post by: alexhilly1492 on May 22, 2023, 05:31:36 PM
This has probably been discussed to its limits but I'm all a bit confused by options

I need new spikes, I have found some tennis shoes that I'm going to buy, Nikecourt vapour lite 2 hard court, and will need a spiking service

I've seen owzat, at least used to, do it but what else is out there

Brian and Brenda ive seen mentioned a lot

Any advice would be ideal

For reference I'm a batsman who bowls Ian bell style seamers, not sure if picking up SL22s again would be better!?!?

I would recommend Kelvin (Sportspikes: https://www.instagram.com/sportspikes/ (https://www.instagram.com/sportspikes/)).

Depends what you class as Midlands. But I've used Spyder in Stoke before, did a decent enough job for me. Seemed on par in terms of cost.

I have also used Spyder.  My current fielding shoes are into their third season and have lasted well so far
