Title: Custom Spikes - Open Toe? Contacts please!

Morning all!

One of our opening bowlers is having issues with bowling boots and her toe (she's as quick as they probably come for her age, she's only 17 and opens the bowling in Wilts Div 1/Western Storm Academy) - in short I know there's been examples in the past of players getting the toe area cut out of boots leaving it exposed. Does anyone know of a supplier capable of doing this/does it regularly?!

Her dad's asked for advice so there was only one place to come for something as niche as this! :D

Surely a decent local cobbler would be able to do what's needed if given a few examples of what they want done?

People used to do it themselves. I assumed they still did.
