Hardly surprising, given that he lives and breathes for batting. You would think all his bats would be of very similar specs, which makes it impressive. I would have no hope!

Interesting that even with someone that specific about his batting, he still has noticeable differences between his bats.

If he could get bats that were identical, he would. No two bats are ever the same.

I mean, pretty sure NB make enough bats that he could get something all but indistinguishable 😅 but yes, they're not going to be mm identical.

Love it, thanks for posting.
Sounds like he makes sure a bat is well knocked in through net sessions before he uses it in a game. Also superstitious - not keen on the bat that he got a duck with first time.

Can recognise which bat it is from which with a blindfold. Can't recognise when he smashes one to the keeper using one of them...
