Title: Best keeping gloves for youth?

My kid started keeping 4-5 months ago, he has been doing good as per his coaches. I'd like to get him a good pair of gloves that protect his fingers, last a few years and give him a bit of an advantage. I'd love some recommendations from keepers on here.
