Hey. Would appreciate a little advice - children’s party-related incident meant a heavy picture frame attacked the back of one of my bats. Right on the spine, about 5 mm deep, it’s not pretty.

Will it (at least partially) steam out? If so, how do I do it?!
Was thinking of taking a little weight out from the toe anyway, before selling it. So could always take the spine down a little here, but would obviously want to avoid as much as possible.
Thanks!

Should steam out partially but you’ll struggle to steam out true full thing when it’s that deep.

Personally, is steam it the best could then fill it. If you move the sticker up slightly you'll hardly notice it. If selling it I'd be honest and offer a small discount to e buyer, but most people won't care.

Slow in replying to my own question, but the answer was a definite no. The dent was just too deep, as Kulli and Jonny advised. For those that want to try steaming, it did work a little bit, but not where the wood had been crushed in.
So I decided to improve the pick up and take weight off the spine near the toe (which I'd been thinking of doing anyway). Lost 1.2 oz, and feels better. Also gave me a chance to try out ridiculous new stickers :)
