Calling all you fitness bunnies out there!
For some not important reasons I've lost a chunk of weight, but I've also lost a lot of muscle mass too.
There's an outside chance I can bowl again and might therefore start playing again so i need to start building things up. Does anyone have a decent link to a list of dumbbell exercises with simple pictures for a simple person like me?
I just need to do few SIMPLE arms, shoulder and back exercises, at home with me dumbbells, I may've been looking in the wrong place but some of the results I've Googled are confusing and not simple.
Help?
