In people's experience, are there good/bad fibre tape or fibre facing sheets? Any recommendations or is cheap=fine?
-
Def recommend you buy a decent one.
Some of the stuff is terrible.
Sponsors on here will have decent stuff.
-
Definitely don't cheap out. Even the good stuff is inexpensive, and it will actually protect your bat.
-
The way I always look at it is,that you need to look at the job that sheet does?
It is applied to protect your expensive bat! So surely it's worth splashing out an extra £10 for a decent quality sheet?

What do you look for in a quality fibre tape or sheet (other than cost :D)?
-
From experience, I’d agree, don’t simply go for the cheapest. Couple of weeks ago I put a fiber sheet on and after 20 mins of batting in the nets it was already ripped up. Had to take it off and apply a clear sheet.
Thoughts on the GN fibertec? I bought some but haven’t applied it yet.

I went for the 3M sheets.
As has been said, don't go for the cheapest.
GN should be decent quality - only way to test it is to apply it and use it.
