Hmmm - they come thick and fast, any idea for a squad for the Pakistan series?
Crawley
Duckett
Pope
Root
Brook
Stokes
Smith
Cox
Atkinson
Stone
Potts
Bashir
Leach
Who else makes the cut?
Lawrence?
Hartley?
Ahmed?
Woakes?
Or the outsiders:
Hull?
Any form young spinner in the counties?
Any reverse-swing experts out there worth taking?
How do you replace Wood?
-
Seems Leach has been bowling well so would like to see him back in the side.
-
I don't know whether Potts and Leach will go or not - Potts might be a bit skiddy for those pitches, Leach may be yesterdays man.
Who I think Mad Bobbie Key will take:
Crawley, Duckett, Pope, Root, Brook, Stokes, Smith, Woakes, Atkinson, Ahmed, Bashir, Stone, Jacks, Pennington, Cox
Who I would take....oooh...there's a question!
-
I'm not sure how much of a job Woakes would do out there?

Pakistan just got humped by Bangladesh. Bangladesh in fact very impressive. Two very rapid bowlers in their ranks.
Pakistan look mediocre. Bowling attack pedestrian.
Maybe they’ll roll the dice and opt for sandpit pitches
Also Pakistan has not won a test at home in over 2 years.

Farhan Ahmed?
Matter of time you'd imagine.

England may send their XI bowlers and still win against Pakistan. They are struggling so bad.

Archie Vaughan?
