Title: Alex's Half Marathon
Post by: alexhilly1492 on February 06, 2025, 05:51:40 PM
Hello!

In 3 months I am running my first half marathon for charity, as an over weight, unfit and lazy, low league cricketer this is a big undertaking!

It's all for charity and a cause close to my families heart, the Baby Unit fund (Hull NICU). They had a massive influence on my family when my little cousin was born at 25 weeks with a myriad of health problems and without them we wouldn't have him here today!

As some of you know from forum nets years ago I'm in no way a runner so this is a huge ask, but one that I am enjoying and training is going well!

I am aiming to raise £1000 and have so far got to £670 ISH!

If anyone would like to donate it would be immensely appreciated
