A bit off topic - they have their bats there listed as 2.7lb for example. Does anyone know if that is 2lbs 7oz or 2.7lbs?

2lbs 7oz, given that they have a few listed at 2.10

Ive got slazenger ultimate gloves in Mens RH. Sausage style with pittards leathers. £30 but obviously they are top of the range.

Ive had a good hunt for you on that 40 budget. Theres so much choice and yet so little.
Plenty of basic gloves for under £35. But I dont know how much protection you require. Another thing that caught my eye more was flexibility. Hunts, kook, GM all offer a pretty good glove for 40. But by the time you pay £5 delivery you might as well get £50 gloves for free delivery. I think £50 gloves offer far more ticked boxes in terms of protection and flexibility with grip. Plenty of free delivery deals when spend £50. As its peak season everything seems a bit peak price now too. Black Friday is usually the bargain time. Perhaps you could get 2 sets to spread the load of gloves for years.
Let us know what you found with a little review….

I know nothing about the company, but probably sourced from someone like Champ I guess. However, Pittards palms, flexible and comfy - all for £35 delivered, and arrived in 2 days - so can't really complain. Picked up a quite nice thigh pad for £10 too.
