Hey all
I have half spikes because I thought they were the best option but I have found that they constantly get stuck when Im running, whether its fielding or batting. I saw a video where Kohli was batting in a test match with no spike and it got me wondering whether I would be better off doing the same? or maybe I need to go to full spikes instead?
Please advise

Depends on the pitches you play on. I would usually use spikes any time I'm playing on a grass wicket but with the recent dry weather in Scotland I've been playing everything in the rubber pimples I wear for artificial turf games. Plenty grip but they don't catch in dry turf the same way.

Personally I wear normal sports trainers when it's dry and (full) spikes when it's wet. I do think spikes limit your movement somewhat. Whether batting or bowling they do seem to just get get stuck in the ground. I find it particularly annoying when running in to bowl
