dont see too many GM's with those grains - very nice looking bat, perhaps an entrant to the grains competition me thinks!
-
Looks a monster Yash! Our pro Ateeq Javid is sponsored by GM, and he has a few bats like this in his bag. He has Trottys bats aswell and i realy cant explain it.The shoulder of the bat is about 20mm thick! and the middle is around 45mm thick and there is no concaving. Absolute monster.
-
yet another gleaming example of gm's quality, beautiful!
-
Looks a great stick Yash, hope it gets you loads of runs with it
-
By the way Yash, would you say it has heartwood? or is it just the light shining on it...
-
Looks quite familiar ???
-
Yash, what model is it?
-
beautyy of a bat but is it just me or are those grains the thinest grains ever?
apart from that it looks great.
-
Doesn't seem to have much of a bow like most Icons? Is there more to this bat han meets the eye Yash?
-
H4L?
-
Is that a police van outside your window? ;)
Looks like an Icon, would be a shame if it wasn't
-
thats an icon profile
-
never seen a gm bat that nice
-
Profile wise it is almost identical to my Icon, just mine seems to have more of a bow, might just be the pictures though! Either way its a beaut!
-
It looks like the sort of bat Chav from CSF would go for.
-
good call. nice selection of bats that was ... 8 or 9 tightly grained little b*ggers all in a row.
those pics are still up too :)
-
Yeah, I never found out what bat the 'Holy Grail' was though :/
-
Catalyst 101 contender ;)
-
I had a pick up of the "holy grail", super bat, one of many super bats.

And when you going to sell it to me Mike? ;)

It wasn't mine, otherwise I'd have given you an option.....

Yeah. My backyard overlooks the local PS.
And it a Gm Icon.
-
What model 808, 909, LE?
I would say a 909 or Original at beat.
It does not matter as the bat has a awesome middle, much better than the GM Flare Original and Icon Original LEs I have had in the past
-
why dont u know wat it is?

I know obviously performance Is the key factor of determining the quality of any bat, I was curious to see what grade it was since it plays so well...
-
I got it without a grading sticker. However, I am very sure it is a GM as it came from a very trusted and authentic source.
-
And GM don't give stickers to anyone, so it's 100% genuine...

Unfortunately, grading is sometimes not the best indicator of a bats performance. In recent times I have picked up several bat which were not the top end models but picked-up and pinged like some of the top of the range bats. Obviously, down graded because of looks (rarely anyone will pay £300 for a bat that plays well but doe not look good were as many will pay for bats that look very good and may not play as well).
