Title: Grading system
Post by: GJ on May 16, 2010, 06:38:14 PM
Whats the difference between an 'SPS' and a 'players' newbery bat? Just wondered as there seems to be quite margin in price between the two models and whether its worth paying the extra money.

think its just grade and performance of willow, like the difference between a 4000 and 5000 with pumas and original and original le with gm... but i may be wrong.

Cosmetic grading to an extent, then performance based to pick SPS, have seen better looking Players before but must have tapped up not as well as they looked.
