Title: Kit help needed

Hi Guys,

I have had some funding through my school for cricket kit. However i already have all of the kit i need, but i HAVE to spend this money on kit. Taking out of it my travelling expenses and other expenditures I have about £450 but my warwickshire kit has to come out of that aswell. So left over i will have around £300 in total. I have been emailing Asad (uzi sports) about purchasing gear from his site and ive been looking at:
Masuri helmet £45
Albion duffle bag £15
Aero p2 strippers £35 (have now been removed off site)
SS batting gloves £32
SS batting pads £40 (have now been removed off site)
Plain g1 SS bat £120
Total=£287

This is about how much im looking to spend. So what im asking is does anyone else know where i could get all of this kit? or any other suggestions of kit that i could get?

if you have the money go for the newberry sps stuff, only heard good things and you sure you want a duffle? never really used one? anyone else like them?

stick with asad. He has an excellent reputation and is easy to reach, with quick response times as well. I think Newbery are over priced. Their gear is identical to SS so why pay more for a logo?

I would however recommend these SS pads - the plain look will be quite an improvement on the huge red ss logos.

i recommend you speak to the guys at hawk cricket, they seem to be the best smaller brand around right now, softs and bats got awesome reviews in wisden, see if they can do you a kit deal? especially if you play county
