High score of 28 with it so far! :(
-
looks a lot better than luke wrights bat :D
-
lovely 2 piece model by the time he finished with it!
Made me laugh that he hit a six and then asked a different bat. He clearly didn't like something about the replacement bat. Rather than wait for a new bat or poke the last ball of the over down to 3rd man and a get another bat, he slashed the last ball to point and walked off...

Havent seen that sofa in a while. . . .
-
is this your personal bat leo ?
-
yes it is his. The only thing that stopped it going to kieswetter was some pressing cracks. Leo, fancy selling it if your not getting on with it?

Why Redback?

Sorry Liam already gone mate!! There are no pressing cracks on this bat by the way, the way mike explained it to me was there was a tear in the willow whilst using the drawknife, I have searched and searched and cant for the life of me find it though!!
-
Leo can you show us some pics from the front?

I'd be surprised if any of Craig's bats came to him via Irthlingborough.
-
It really depends who keiswater is ;)
As he may have his bats made in Irthlingborough!!! :D

Why?

Why?
Mr Pack doesn't seem to be highly rated by the seemingly most knowledgeable member of this forum. And there are whispers about the produce of Devon.
-
Just because a forum member doesn't rate Rob doesn't mean the bats aren't good enough for Kieswetter. And very few players would just use a make and stick with it, so even if some bats have come from Devon the chances are he's picked some up from elsewhere (most likely from the Puma contracted bat maker)
The majority of this forum are more picky about bats than nearly all of the pro players I've dealt with.
-
Mr Pack told me that Kieswetter uses a shape close to the iridium.

And who may that be then ? I've spoken to a couple of Puma players who have had bats made by Rob and one of them still does and they were very very happy with them and still has his bats made by him and another half century in the T20 the other night.

I was under the impression that high end Puma bats were part-mades from a highly reputable UK manufacturer. I am also led to believe that this highly reputable UK manufacturer offer the best pressing/ finishing that there is and that many professionals seek this out. I guess I was putting two and two together and coming out with a few too many.
Sorry if I've got it completely wrong and if I've done Mr Pack a disservice.
Good bat-maker he may be, but I have to say that the branding of Mr Pack's own range is appalling.
