I know there are probably variosu topics on this and its a typical thing for young cricketers to ask but i need advice on bowling faster.
I know i'm not going to be able to bowl at the speed of light, and i'm not expecting to, just need to boost by speed by a few miles an hour to help me take more wickets.
I do a bit with the ball, however the swing i get is usually from the hand and so is easy to play at my speed, by boosting my pace a bit i can combine this with my movement to give the batsman more trouble...
Whats tips can people give to increase my speed a bit, a good description and tips for run ups, delivery stride and follow through would be great with just a few top tips on things club cricketers dont usually do that could help if there are any!!
Aswell as maybe a few exercises i could do (weights etc) that could help improve my pace.
Thanks in advance :)

I would suggest the simplest thing would be to book an hour session with one of the Gloucester coaches as you really need to run through exercises under supervision.

Yeah think i'll make use of our coach at next training session :), just wondered if anyone had anything that i could try and see if its good, nothing dangerous just general tips.
