Title: Purist Scoop?

Hi,

Was at a local club yesterday and a couple of bats had been left behind in the dressing room, I was having a look at them when I saw one was a Purist Original L.E from 4/5 years ago, but in the back it had two scoops running either side of the handle. Having never seen one like this before I wanted to know if any of you guys had seen one before?

P.S. The bat was cracked/split on the edge near the toe coming from one of the scoops.

No, it was definitely a GM, was thinking the scoops may have been done by someone other than GM.
