A couple of weeks ago I ventured across the border into Devon to see if the reports about the quality of Redback were true. After some careful inspections and many questions to Gary I decided to order something special for myself. Now after a short wait the beast has been collected and I have to share it with you.
It is a Allegiance LE and quite simply is massive for 2.12 and does pick up light, with my eyes closed I would say 2.9 C6+ Uzi style which can be proved as I have one here to compare, see photo's. Made from a very light cleft it out guns many more prestigious models from other big brands and you will not find many rivals for it anywhere. It has been fitted with the standard stickers until the new ones are finished. 20 grains and big oval handle, what more could you want.
I cannot give a full review due to the season ending because of the sun and lack of rain but having tapped it with the hammer it is very soft pressed and will be too good for my standard but I don't care, it's mine.... Did I mention how bloody huge it is, massive, simply massive and I've had some big bats before.
I will now entertain questions.

The photo's don't convey just how big it is.

Good pics, good review and good bat but the best thing, is the title. I love it :)
-
Very ncie bat. How much did it cost you?, my friend was looking into a redback?
-
Looks lovely - hugee edges. Hope you score some runs with it!
-

-
Looks a lovely bat that does.
-
that is a beauty of a bat mike, i think i may just get one as i think it would look good in my bag next to my newbery!

Have already ordered mine, should be with me early part of this week and will post pics when it arrives. Have to recommend Gary's service though, was excellent - very helpful and easy to communicate with!

Where does Gary find all this wood from!? Laver reckon a 10 grain bat is too good for a Private Bin for god sake!
Lovely bat mate, scoring runs will be much easier with that stick by the looks of things!
-
2.12 ? that looks massive, sure you got the weight right ?
-
Mike . .. .did u ever get round to using this bat??
-
Bigger than your 3lb M&H Mike?!
-
You know you want to sell it to me ;)
-
Looks a blinder Mike!! :D
(@Lazza32 - he just said he wouldn't sell it, somehow I doubt he'd change his mind on this one: its a cracker!)

I had it rebranded into a Talisman Perfect Storm and it was knocked in firstly by the machine at Chase which was butchering it so had to stop, it was then hand knocked and used by a mate a few times before I had a knock with it this year in one evening match and got 78* but that's all the use I've given it.
Yes I would sell it as I had forgotten about it.

Wish I had enough bats to forget about them! How good would that be, going to the garage and finding a barely used Redback ;)
