Title: Custom Spray Day
Post by: Ayrtek Cricket on July 29, 2010, 04:02:36 PM: As a rare event I had some free time on my hands so thought i would have a little experiment with some of the paint colours we have in stock along with some masking tape and having to feel a bit "arty".....

1st step was priming and spraying the shells their base colours that I wanted to use.....went for orange and some baby blue 8)

Once these had dried off out came the masking tape and masked off a few areas in some pretty patterns to air my creative side!

With the areas masked off they would obviously remain that colour once the top coat is added and the tape was peeled away.....went for a graphite grey finish on them both as thought it would help to highlight the more vibrant colours below a bit better....

And now for the final outcome....
