Title: Change of Grill setting!!!

After seeing what happend to Kieron Pollard it's making me wonder about changing the grill setting on my Masuri Titanium lid now as I had the same setting!!

I was just wondering if anybody has changed their's after seeing something similar in a game....

will never change from this whatever happens, Pollard got unlucky, and there plenty of people in the world who dont wear helmets to bat.

The grill should be set with a gap no bigger than 55mm!! This is to stop such injuries occurring and for your safety.

can you not go as far as 80mm on an ayrtek?

i have the largest gap possible on my masuri, dont think anyone will be quick enough to get it through mine, especially on my pitch!!

not on the atherton grill isent you you can fit nearly 2 balls down that one sam wise

yeah i odnt use that, it was for a youngster at our club who didnt like his albion grill. But yeah that one doesnt even protect your chin if you have it the furthest setting down!!!
