Hi Guys,
Does anyone know of any top batmakers who sell factory seconds/rogues with minor faults, bt still good on performance? I'm thinking newbery, warsop etc etc

Salix

other than salix?
-
I think millichamp and hall are doing some for £120.
-
They are all heavy though.
Newbery apparently have a bucket full of them at the chalet, not sure if you need 'contacts' to go there though... i have a feeling you do.
I reckon your best bet is to ask the companies and see if they have any lying around and ask for a good price.
Salix for example only offer them to people who visit the workshop... but have some really cheap ones if you do apparently!

i can get you some 2nds mate from a good source and pritty cheap..
things like false grains and stuff....
-
It's things like this that make me wish all the bat manufacturers weren't all based 100's of miles away :( :(
-
Are they from chase mate, what sort of price roughly?
Also whats this 4 lead clover bat you talk of, pm me if its a bit hush hush.
-
4 leaf clover raymond is the best bat they produce mate
of the 4000 bats dan produces a year maybe 30-40 make the grade mate....

Whoah, he's had a very good year. 4000 bats for a boutique brand is phenomenal, even if he is making the odd one for different companies.
-
well dom the company is getting bigger with the extra batmaker employed now....
maybe 4000 was a tad high but it's around the figure
