depends how fast you bowl now. Making the ball talk is more important , as well as control. See lots of guys bowl quick but nowhere near the stumps....

Listen to that advice, he was on sky sports speed gun!

One thing I would say I try to jump forward rather than up in your delivery stride. You want it to be around a third of the stump height. You don't want to waste energy and momentum going up.

I was getting loads of stick the sunday after at Yapham. A week later, just when I thought it had gone quiet, so young lad from Cawthorne comes up to me and says "I recognise you from Sky Sports.....". 54mph says it all :-(

dunno if i can make it to nets tonight m8 got a really sore back :( otherwise yeah
