I just wanted to put a quick note across on here how good M&H's customer service is, every product ive had from them has been top notch and as you may well know i had a harlequin for sale on here with a cracked toe, i emailed Nick @ M&H and said he would repair the bat free of charge. I think this is excellent service considering ive had the bat for almost 2 seasons....
really put a smile on my face :)
-
Yeah i am seriously considering getting a distinction next season!
-
I would but could get £250 up together
-
One of the best customer service I have experienced
> Newbery were up there with them till the brand got detached from the actual batmakers.
Kookaburra and Puma are not bat either. Adidas are okay (nothing wrong with Hawks service) just some lack of clarity between Adidas and Hawk
-
they are top class ive dealt with them. only thing the dont do is discount much.
Their bats are very expensive for average club players.
they do have a sale thou currently on,with most retailers up at 150-200 for a grade 1 you can just about get a good deal.
bats are top class thou...

I know this is an M&H topic but I've e-mail GM a few times recently and their service is very good
-
I paid £270 for the harlequin 2 seasons ago and to think this will be the second time they refurb/repair it free of charge i dont think its that bad value for money
The bats an absolute gun as well
It may be up for sale when i get it back as the middles a bit high, none the less its a beautiful bat
-
Yeah will vouch for gm, very quick precise responses. Just emailed m+h :D

If its anywhere near as good as the retro i had you'l be a very lucky chap
-
I hope so , just looks amazing!
May chance my arm on here to see if someone wishes to part with one, possibly the longest shot ever?

Are Hawk essentially Adidas in the UK then?
-
Hawk deal with there repairs etc i think?
-
Ah ok. Thanks for clearing that up
-
my distinction is a gun :D
-
ahhh i want a distinction profile distinction! Not knocking yours, looks a monster!
-
yeah i know what you mean! they said if i want weight taken off my bat then they can make it into a distinction profile :D enough wood to play with lol
-
hawk and adidas i didnt know they had anything to do with each other?
-
When in the hawk factory a mate of mine said he saw some blank bats which the podshaver told him were ian bells and pietersens, who are both adidas players
-
lords trade show end of september M&H will be showing their new gear, will almost certainly include the distinction. they get a supply of oversized clefts to make these huge profiles, and they do go like stink...
-
am definately getting one :D, worried about the pick up though as 2lb 8/9 ones are like goldust apparently but heavier may be too heavy!
-
did you receive the cash for the slazenger bat??
-
bank hasnt updated, but its packaged up and being sent anyway :)
-
top man, cheers...
-
I have just finnished a full season with my Distinction and it is by far the best stick i have ever used! goes like an absolute GUN and not even a crack on the face! will be placing an order for a new one next month but this time with the original M&H stickers!
-
Appears to be a sale on their website at the moment... buy your new distinction for £250... actually the offer of a Solution for £215 (knocked in with cover) looks pretty good too.

In the actual shop there are loads of reductions on bats, Harlequin is only about £220, and I think the S6 is only £185 at the moment....

I think they are quite bottom heavy, so id suggest ordering a touch lighter than you usually use, great bat tho, played against a guy using one on friday and his went like a rocket
-
Great time for my car to break down, when i organised to go down to m+h and the sale is on! Not happy to say the least. where exactly is their shop?
-
county ground i believe, you might have seen my harlequin being refurbed while you were there ;)
-
