I currently own some GM Duellist 909 pads and I find them slightly big and bulky for me. I find them quite hard to run in as they are not very comfortable and fairly heavy.
The pads I've listed below are the ones that I'm looking into mainly as they are the foam texture - but I'm yet to try any foam pads on before so I don't know how they will fit.
I was wondering if anyone owned any of the pads below and how they perform... or if you own some that are lightweight and comfortable could you please shed some light, thanks.

My current pads (VSports VLite) are very similar to the Morrant Super Ultralite pads, they fit well and don't really notice I'm wearing them, the protections seems good but I think traditional pads do provide a little more protection all round. Unfortunately VSports seem to have stopped selling them. The Morrants look like they have a slightly better finish than my VSports pads.
You could also try Peak Sports:

I had the cheaper Morrants last year & they were VERY light & quite comfortable.
I found that I sometimes hit the with my bat though (probably my technique to blame) so I sold them & bought some of the GM Ravi Bopara 2 straps type, but I feel these are too wide.
So I'll change again next year, maybe for the dearer Morrants or go back to a 3 strap for the first time in a few years.

I had already noticed that - but by the time the bidding has finished it'll just be worth getting some new ones from Morrant as it'll be a similar price.

Just having a look at the Morrant website and the Super Ultralite pads have red straps on the back, compared to these on ebay that have white straps...
http://www.morrant.com/morrant_cricket_batting_pads/morrant_super_ultralite_batting_pads/96560_p.html (http://www.morrant.com/morrant_cricket_batting_pads/morrant_super_ultralite_batting_pads/96560_p.html)
The International Ultralite pads have White straps, but the inner padding is different to what's on Ebay
http://www.morrant.com/morrant_cricket_batting_pads/morrant_international_ultralite_cricket_batting_legguards/96524_p.html (http://www.morrant.com/morrant_cricket_batting_pads/morrant_international_ultralite_cricket_batting_legguards/96524_p.html)
so what are the ones on Ebay? are they an older model of the Super Ultralite?

Are the MRF pads the same as the cheaper Morrant pads just with slightly different padding inside?
